  47. Wednesday - call to homeowner - Discuss the comments of the agents that showed your house.

  48. Discuss Listing w/office mgr. and mentor - Get additional ideas and comments on your house.

  49. Feedback to Homeowner re: in-office discussion - Let you know what people are thinking about your house-discuss pricing if necessary.

  50. Weeklong Newsday ad - Show buyers that we are having an Open House this weekend.

  51. Every 12 showings - Discuss w/homeowner feedback and possible price changes.

  52. WE HAVE A BUYER! - Get all pertinent information from buyer or his/her agent.

  53. All buyers will be pre-approved - Let's not waste anybody's time!

  54. Conference call w/Selling agent (if applicable) - We listen to offer, we ask questions, AND THEN WE WILL GET BACK TO THEM!

  55. We discuss offer alone - So that we can discuss a counter-offer if necessary.

  56. I will call buyer or his agent w/our plan - So that there is no confusion to our counter-offer.

  57. OFFER ACCEPTED!! - Now the work begins.

  58. I will fax all paperwork to lawyers - To make everything run smoothly.

  59. I will try to expedite the inspection - To make everything run smoothly.

  60. I will be at inspection or be represented - To make everything run smoothly.

  61. I will be at final walk-through or be represented - To make everything run smoothly.

  62. I will be at closing or be represented - To make everything run smoothly.
